The Bolai Food Industry Park was launched in 2008 and is located at the southern foot of Mount Lu and on the banks of Poyang Lake. The project covers an area of 500 acres and is invested and constructed by Bolai Agriculture Group. The total investment of the project is 2.05 billion yuan and the total construction area is about 320000 square meters. It is divided into three phases of construction. The first phase covers an area of about 70 acres and has built 1 million pigs for slaughter and cutting, deep processing of food, 4000 tons of refrigerated cold storage, a provincial-level enterprise technology center, and office areas. The second phase covers an area of approximately 340 acres and includes food standardization factories, a comprehensive office building, an e-commerce area, and a food exhibition and sales area.

        The third phase will commence construction in November 2023, covering an area of approximately 100 acres with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. Including: investing 300 million yuan to build a new Jiangxi Bolei cold chain warehousing and logistics center, frozen goods trading center, and ancillary facilities project; Invest 200 million yuan to build a new central kitchen project; Investment of 200 million yuan for the intelligent technological upgrade project of 100 tons of meat food processing; Invest 20 million yuan to build a new food inspection center project; Invest in the 2000 Wanbo Lai Food Industry Park centralized heating project; Investment of 280 million yuan in deep processing of soy products, braised products, and high nutrient soup additives, as well as intelligent deep processing of organic meat products in high-altitude areas.
       After the completion of the third phase, the food industry park will integrate research and development processing, cold chain logistics, food distribution, industrial tourism, industrial supporting facilities, exhibition and exchange, experiential leisure, and ecological tourism for all-round development. The park will be built into an important green and safe food production and supply base in the central region, as well as a cold chain warehousing and logistics center and frozen goods trading center in northern Jiangxi.
